From small runs of 100 meals
to tens of thousands.
New products can begin with a small market-test run,
then move to larger production based on the response.

Are You Experiencing These Problems with Your Current OEM Supplier?
• Inconsistent quality or rising costs
• Delivery problems or long lead times
• Slow responses to specification changes or no dedicated contact
• Insufficient capacity or communication problems
Our commercial-production capacity and single point of contact are designed to address these issues.
A Lower-Risk Model Designed to Reduce Upfront Investment
We removed the conventional OEM barrier of orders of 3,000 meals or more, which can require an upfront investment of approximately JPY 900,000 to JPY 1.2 million.
Our small-run contract manufacturing starts at 100 meals. As a guide, a first order of 100 meals may cost approximately JPY 100,000 to JPY 200,000. This lower-risk model allows market testing without holding a large volume of inventory. Products can then be reviewed on a 1- to 2-month cycle using sales data.

C.Q.P. One-Stop Development for Reproducing Professional-Quality Flavors
Leave the specialist knowledge and detailed processes required for product development to us. By coordinating food OEM production, design, and product development, we can take a project from planning to delivery based on the concept you provide.
Our development team includes chefs with more than 10 years of experience in Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine. Under our proprietary C.Q.P. standard, the team works to reproduce the flavor you are seeking. Depending on the project, we can also coordinate nutritional analysis, applicable permit applications, and packaging proposals from our in-house designer, helping companies without an internal product-development team develop private-label products.
Case Studies
Flexible Production Capacity, from Small to Large Runs
Production can be adjusted as your business grows. A project may begin with a 100-meal test run and move to tens of thousands of meals for retail or food-service distribution.
We have capacity for recurring monthly production ranging from thousands to tens of thousands of meals. Commercial production and delivery after prototyping generally take approximately one to two months, depending on the product and production schedule. We handle retort-pouch, frozen, and chilled formats and can discuss peak-season or increased-volume requirements.
